Gourmet Jellies can be used in a variety of ways from spreads to glazes
Hor d'oeuvre
- Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
- Cream Cheese
- Plain Crackers or Corn Chips
Spread cream cheese on crackers and top with a small dollop of pepper jelly
Salmon Glaze
- Salmon Fillet or Steak
- 1/2 Cup Pepper Jelly
Mix jelly and spread on top of salmon. Wrap in foil and place on grill until done. The foil will also collect the jelly drippings which can be reapplied to the salmon. A cup of the jelly can also be warmed and served as a topping for the salmon.
Pork
- Pork Tenderloin(s)
- 2 Tablespoons Peppercorns (or cracked black pepper)
- 1/2 Cup Pepper Jelly
Mix jelly and spread on top of tenderloin. Sprinkle with the Peppercorns.
